WELCOME
I am a counsellor and psychotherapist working in Sevenoaks with adults and children aged 11–18. I am a registered member of the BACP — the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My focus is to create a safe, warm, and non-judgemental space where you feel able to explore whatever difficulties, experiences, or questions you may be facing. Through a trusting therapeutic relationship and deep listening, we can work together to better understand your challenges and find a way forward.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool for effecting change. Through a safe and trusting relationship, and careful listening, we can work together to help you understand yourself more clearly, explore what you are facing, and find a way forward.
When life feels difficult, it can be hard to talk openly. I offer a compassionate and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement.
I support clients with a range of challenges, including anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, trauma, bereavement and loss, PTSD, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
I look forward to meeting you and working with you.
About Me
With a creative background, I was invited in 2017 to develop a Creative Intervention Programme in a local secondary school. The programme provides a safe, therapeutic space to be heard while using creativity to support emotional wellbeing.
As the programme grew, I built trusted relationships with many students and realised I needed more skills to support them effectively. I completed a diploma in Integrative Counselling and have continued with the privilege of leading this rewarding programme.
I now have over 20 years’ experience working with children and young people and I remain passionate about mental and emotional wellbeing.

I have delivered evidence-based psychoeducational courses to help young people manage emotions, reduce stress, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and regulate the nervous system.
I also trained with St Christopher’s Hospice as an adult complex bereavement counsellor and continue to work within their bereavement team.

Therapeutic Creative Sessions
The focus is on the process of creating rather than the artistic quality of the final product
Non-Verbal Expression - Allows individuals to explore deep emotions and memories (often stored non-verbally in the brain) in a safe, non-threatening way
No Experience Required - You do not need to be 'artistic' to benefit and I can facilitate and gently guide you if it's helpful. Overall, using art in therapy can be a powerful tool for self-discovery, emotional healing, and personal growth, especially if you find that expressing yourself through art feels more natural or comfortable than talking.
Creativity is grounding, regulating nervous system medicine
